Sukiyaki is one of the best ways to enjoy the expensive Japanese beef. Kadoman is one of the famous Omi beef sukiyaki restaurant in Shiga prefecture. The restaurant has a few free parking space across the street. The restaurant has a ling history but the building exterior looks very modern. The grou...nd floor sells raw wagyum while the first floor is the restaurant. We made a reservation but it was a Monday evening so the restaurant is not busy. We each ordered a 180 gram shoulder beef for Yen11,000, including tax and no service charge. The server first put some beef oil, then put in a slice of beef and add soy sauce. We eat beef and other vegetable alternatively. The beef is tender, soft and tasteful. It took us more than one hour to finish. Given the food, the atmosphere, and price, it is a very good treat. Consider very fair price for such high quality of beef, really recommended, must try. Beef so tender, so yummy. Order 150 gm of beef meal is just good enough for a single consumer.
