I had a really enjoyable experience at Shabu-Shabu Tonton Shinsaibashi! If you love shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, this is a great place to visit, especially when you’re hungry and want to enjoy plenty of meat. The all-you-can-eat option makes it easy to try different portions and keep ordering your fav...orites without worrying about having enough. From miyazaki beef, kuroge wagyu to akagewa pork. The meat was tender and flavorful, and I really enjoyed cooking it in the rich broth. There were also plenty of other ingredients to enjoy along with the meat. I would recommend the gyoza and their homemade meatballs. The meatballs are so tender with a hint of yuzu like aroma which blend well with the meat. What I liked most was how relaxing and fun the experience was. It’s the kind of restaurant where you can take your time, eat as much as you want, and enjoy a good conversation with family or friends. Space is quite big, clean, and traditional. A great choice for a casual and satisfying Japanese hot-pot meal in Shinsaibashi. I would definitely come back when I’m craving shabu-shabu again!

I went here with my friend for lunch and tried the all-you-can-eat Black Wagyu sukiyaki course. The meat was really good and cooked very quickly. I liked it so much that I ordered it three times, lol. I also really liked the dumplings and homemade meatballs. They were very tasty. For me, the dumpl...ings were one of the best I’ve tried in Osaka, especially if you don’t like food with a strong smell. The restaurant is located between Nagahoribashi Station and Shinsaibashi Station, so it is quite easy to reach. If you are coming from Kyoto, you can take the Hankyu Line and change at Awaji Station to the Sakaisuji Line. If you are coming from Osaka Station, you can simply take the Midosuji Line to Shinsaibashi Station. The staff were very friendly, and I think they can also speak English, so the restaurant is quite foreigner-friendly. It’s a nice place if you want to enjoy Japanese food with a traditional atmosphere. Surprisingly, we also met an Indonesian staff member. They were very friendly and made the atmosphere even better. They also gave us another sesame sauce to try, which was a nice addition to the meal. I especially recommend this place if you are sensitive to strong food smells. I’m quite sensitive to smells myself, but even though this is an all-you-can-eat restaurant, the smell inside was not strong at all, and I felt very comfortable eating here. Overall, it was a really enjoyable lunch, with good meat, tasty side dishes, friendly staff, and a convenient location near Shinsaibashi.

Such a nice place for shabu-shabu and sukiyaki! It’s just a short walk from Shinsaibashi Station, which makes it very convenient, especially after shopping around the area.
