“Disappointed”
We thought the Kobe meat was good but it was not worth the money! No atmosphere in the restaurant and very dated. We were in and out very fast! I would not recommend … had much better meals locally for a much better price!

“Thumbs up meal!”
We got the Kobe beef and it did not disappoint. Fairly small portions but it was great quality beef and very well cooked. Highly recommend!

“Excellent service and tasty yakiniku”
Visited after a long day of hiking shrines. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Gave us an English menu and explained the specials and the menu. We ended up getting the summer special set of Kobe beef and Wagyu sirloin with a special sauce which was delicious with some sides of rice and salad. H...ad a cold sake too which accented everything well. Would visit again in a heartbeat. One of the best dining experiences we had in Kyoto!

“Must try restaurant in Kyoto”
Absolutely amazing food!! We tried several types of wagyu and Kobe and they were all phenomenal! The salad was also a must have with delicious dressing. We are so glad we found this place. It’s a little hard to find from the road, but just go up the staircase. The staff here was very kind and helpfu...l as well!
