“Best Restaurant Ever”
We are staying at Hotel It and decided to try their Italian Restaurant It.Oven at the lobby. The bar and restaurant serve outside guests too! Honestly the best food I’ve had, better than what I’ve had in Italy?! I stayed in Italy for 3 weeks by the way and they just beat that with one meal. Unbeliev...able. They have a huge brick wood fire oven for pizzas, our margarita pizza came out just right! Dough was not too think or thin, just perfect. Perfectly cooked and seasoned pasta, the chef got the texture right. The night ended with an Amaretto sour, it tasted perfect too. Are they robots? Just too perfect! Trust me, I’m very picky. I give them a 10/10. I can’t find a flaw with this place. The food and decor were great, the service was even better, all the staff were incredibly kind. The atmosphere didn’t feel stiff or pretentious, the prices were standard affordable, you will regret it if you don’t eat here.
