I would rate the service 1 star, me my mum and nephew were having ramen at this restaurant. The lady whom took our order was very polite & friendly. But when we were at the queue to pay , we noticed that it was pretty crowded at the cashier. Normally only 1 were needed to stay indoor to pay and othe...rs could wait outside, but due to the fact that my mum doesn’t speak Japanese and I could , I stayed with her at the cashier. But the lady at the cashier rudely waved her hand at us asking us to exit and I couldn’t forget the irritated face she put on too. She was so rude at I was so prepared to make a complaint , which I didn’t cos I didn’t wanna ruin the day for my mum and nephew. Most of the city walk restaurants staff were pretty rude to foreigners if u ask me.

This restaurant has deteriorated so much that I am utterly disappointed. I visited this restaurant many many times as I have been in Universal Studios Osaka 8 times in the past 3 years. Every time I came, I ate at this restaurant and I knew their normal size for Super large coke without ice. I know ...it will be less but Today the cup was just filled with one third. Yes you see the picture, this is the size when it is served. The staff insisted that this is the normal size for no ice. I asked another staff who showed the same attitude. They said this is their normal size. I don’t think this shop worth my support any more.

We came here for dinner after our visit to USJ around 7pm. The restaurant was full and we were seated after a short wait. We ordered ramen, fried rice and gyoza. The food came promptly and tasted quite good. The weather was cold outside, so it was very comforting to have bowl of hot noodle soup.... The service was a little slow and they seemed disorganized. It took a while for the servers to response to our needs.

Instead of trying one of the many Western restaurants at City Walk we opted for more of the 'local' cuisine and we were quite impressed! The gyoza and ramen were delicious! There was a bit of a language barrier but we found if we just pointed to what we wanted on the menu or used our Google translat...e app, we were able to communicate ok.

loved the food and service after finishing a full day at universal. My son was sad that he left his Harry Potter wand behind after we left which cost 4900 yen. But next day we went back and the staff had it waiting behind the counter for us. Just great people in Japan. Food here was excellent and ve...ry affordable.
