Arash kitchen was absolutely amazing! Their beef koobidehs were 10/10. One of the best experiences we had in Japan. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. “The best persian restaurant in Kyoto”
We came to Arash kitchen after visiting some shrines. This was one of the best kebobs I had: super juicy snd tasty and we tried all varieties from koobideh to Joojeh to Negin. Kadhke bademjoon was also authentic and quite home made. Above that, the owner and the entire staff were extremely friendly.... I felt quite like at home with many memories from my childhood. Highly recommended

“Skip Arash’s kitchen”
We were excited to try Persian food in Kyoto when we visited Arash’s Kitchen. Being Persian I know what our food should taste like. We ordered koobideh and Vaziri. Chicken was ok but tasteless. But koobideh was really bad. It was so greasy that my husband got sick afterward. I don’t recommend this ...place at all. Their food looks right, but quality and taste is nothing like Persian food.
