“Udon in thick miso soup”
Visited this place for lunch, arrived at 11:30 and there was already a queue outside. There were about six groups of people before me but I only had to wait for about 10-15 mins. I like the udon, it is chewy and a bit hard. The soup is really good though it has a slight bitter taste. A nice meal on... a cold day~~~ (^^)

“Miso curry soup”
The restaurant is located in the tower upon the Nagoya train station. Miso soups that you can only find in Nagoya region are served. The miso soup is mixed with curry and noodles. Lot of others ingredients are added in the soup like egg, mushrooms and meat like pork or chicken.

“Wonderful soup for the miso nikomi udon!”
The soup base for this dish was really nice - slightly bitter, but balances the salty and thick taste. Take your time to savour this delicious noodle and soup. Yummy!!!
