Spent more than 20000yen per person but it is totally not worth. Staff here were not friendly and didn't care about anything. The food was just average and far below our expectation. There are many other option of good restaurant nearby, wasted a night in "Bakuroichidai".

All the people in service were amazing 🤩 The sukiyaki was delicious… we came here because we are staying at a nearby hotel and it was the best decision we took. I recommend

This is my second time visiting this store, and I was so disappointed at the staff service. Hope this restaurant really have somebody speak English and help to address the problem, or maybe it's because I was trying to dine along so they didn't care about me at all. I have to say, the hide beef here... is very delicious! Although the price is a bit high, I think the meat quality and price are well balanced. This is also the reason why I came back again for second visit. However, this time the staff really drove me mad and you couldn't complain much because they don't really understand English. So, I arrived to the restaurant around 9 pm and there's a lot of empty seats. I asked them if they can accept one person for dining, and the male staff told me to wait outside. I thought they were cleaning table so I waited outside patiently, I waited right outside the store where I can easily see me sitting outside. I waited for 20 minutes and still nobody asked me to come in, then I thought it might be a full-house for them so I didn't ask again. Until there were four people go into the store, and they also been asked to wait outside. Two minutes later, a waitress came and asked them to go in... Then, I was like "WHAT AM I WAITING FOR??" I stood in front of the door and then they asked me

We stayed at the JR gate tower and walked to the restaurant which was recommended by a friend. Booked it online and used google to translate the webpage so no problem there. We had the 12000yen set and the portions were fairly generous so no need to order sides. The Hida beef has a different texture... (more tender) from Kobe beef (which has a stronger or game-like flavor). The place’s decor was quite modern and comfortable, ventilation adequate.
