“Tofu dinner”

Stopped by here for dinner as it is conveniently located in the building of Meitetsu Gifu train station. Tofu dinner features variety of tofu, including "dengaku" skewered pieces of tofu baked and coated with miso, and "yuba" tofu skin. "Aka" miso soup is regional as it was tasty, based with clams ...broth. Restaurant itself is very good, though I wish the Meitetsu Gifu train station is more attractive as it was sparsely popular even though it was on a Saturday evening.
