A small restaurant in back streets of Asakusa, excellent sushi / sashimi with great people / fantastic experience

“Excellent sushi + English menu (!) ”
Relaxed and informal place for great, fresh sushi varieties. They go the the fish auction in the morning and serve from midday to late night. I had to try Norwegian salmon being Norwegian, and the fish was delicious even in Tokyo. My colleague bought a set menu, I chose seven pieces of sushi (on ri...ce) from a menu with English explanation/translation. Very limited knowledge of English from the staff but it worked out fine. Sat in the bar and overlooked the sushi chef while he was preparing the meal. We were the only tourists here in the afternoon. The place also has private rooms. Took about ten minutes to walk here from the Asakusa metro station. The place is also called Kintarozushi Medoten. I believe our bill came close to USD45 including sake.
