“Very disappointing ! Not the place we would return to”
We visited this Japanese restaurant for the first time, expecting the kind of attentive and friendly service Japan is known for. Unfortunately, what we experienced was the complete opposite. The service was shockingly poor from start to finish. Several dishes had to be requested three separate times... before they were even acknowledged. To make matters worse, we were told certain items were “on the way,” only to be left waiting over an hour( 1 hour and 10 minutes, to be exact) , before being told we would need to wait yet another 30 minutes. This level of disorganization and disregard for customers is unacceptable. What should have been an enjoyable dining experience turned into pure frustration. Very disappointing, and certainly not somewhere we would return to.

“Poor service and dining experience”
Slow service waited for order 30 minutes and asked water where our food was and was told he forgot to place order and it would be another 30 minutes
