“No Beef With Ippuku: Sendai”

This was the best beef tongue - salt and miso flavored - I've ever had, including multiple visits to Sendai. The sidebar vegetables of varying spice level also complemented a dinner for three that was reasonably priced, filled with the best sake of Miyagi Prefecture, and with excellent service and a...tmosphere. A must on any Sendai night crawl.
