“Outstanding Cuisine and Wine Pairing in Sendai”
We enjoyed the lunch course with wine pairing. The chef has experience working in Marseille, France, and his culinary background really shines through in every dish. The fish, meat, and vegetables are locally sourced, and every course was truly impressive. In particular, the sauces were outstanding—...so delicious they were almost addictive. The sommelier was also highly knowledgeable and had an excellent understanding of both the dishes and the sauces. Each wine was thoughtfully selected to complement the food, and every glass was impressive in its own way. This restaurant is definitely worth visiting if you are staying in Sendai.
