“Pleasant pizzeria”
It's hardly authentic Japanese food, but when looking for a non-meat, non-fish meal in Hiroshima, pizza was an easy option for us and Pizzeria Pasta was within walking distance, situated on what the Japanese call the second floor ie one floor up. I had a Gorgonzola and mushroom pizza. My wife had a ...margarita pizza. They were both very nice. The restaurant was quiet at around 7.30/8pm. It did take some time for the food to reach our tables, but we weren't I'm any hurry. The two ladies working there - one was probably the owner - were very pleasant and had enough English. The meals were reasonably priced. Like many places in Japan, they did not take credit cards.

“Look no further if you need an Italian fix”
A very friendly old couple run this restaurant. The food was better than I have had in many restaurants in Italy. Highly recommended if you need to get away from noodles and tempura. Great menu and good pizza for the children.

“Salad was very good”
A bit tired of Japanese food. So we ended eating noodles anyway! The pastas were Ok but not great. The carbonara didn't have the cream bacon taste and the Vongole, was with caned clams not fresh. However, the salad was very good. The place needs new carpet and upholstery, The service was good.
