日本料理 松江 和らく

I came to Matsue WARAKU with my family. There was a new menu, so I got it. The sashimi is gorgeous and surprised! Oysters(Iwagaki) are big, and sashimi of spiny lobster is rare! It was very delicious! It's too cheap for a total of 5500 yen, including simmered nodoguro, matsutake mushroom rice, ...and spiny lobster soup(miso soup) (^ ◇ ^;) I will come again! 家族で、松江和らくに来ました。 新メニューがあったので、それをいただきました。 刺身が豪勢でビックリ！　岩牡蠣は大きいし、伊勢海老のお刺身は珍しい！　とても美味しかったです！ のどぐろの煮付け、松茸御飯、伊勢海老のあら汁まで付いて、全部で5500円って安すぎじゃないですか(^◇^;) また来ます！

I ate Nodoguro(Rosy seabass/blackthroat seaperch) at Matsue WARAKU! It was delicious with sashimi, grilled and boiled! And the rice cooked with Nodoguro soup was also delicious! Professional tennis player Kei Nishikori answered "Nodoguro" to the question "I want to eat when I return to Japan". ...I will answer "Nodoguro" from now on! 松江の和らくで、のどぐろを食べました！ 刺身で美味、焼いても美味、煮付けも美味でした！そして、のどぐろの出汁で炊き上げた炊き込みご飯も美味でした！ プロテニスプレーヤーの錦織圭選手が「帰国したら食べたいもの」という質問に対して、「のどぐろ」と答えてました。私も今後は「のどぐろ」と答えるでしょう！

今日は和らくでカニをいただきました！ 山陰でカニを食べるなら、やっぱりここのお店だと思います！毎年この時期に、1年間頑張った自分に対してのご褒美として、ここでカニを食べています(*´∀｀*) ここのお店で食べる松葉ガニは、本当に大きい！！そして美味い！！食感はしっとり、それから口の中に甘味が広がって官能的です！！ 私はカニ刺しと炙りが好みです！是非食べてみてください(^^) Today we have a crab in WARAKU! If you eat crabs in San'in, I think this is the shop here! Every year at th...is time, I eat crabs here as a reward for my hard work for one year (* '∀ ｀ *) Matsuba-gani(Matsuba snow crab) to eat at the shops here are really big! ! And delicious! ! The texture is moist, and then the sweetness spreads in the mouth and is sensual! ! I like crab sashimi and seared! Please try it (^^)

I ate “Matsuba Gani(snow crab)” in the “WARAKU”of Matsue! It was very delicious!! It was a surprising series! First of all, the clerk brought “Matsuba Gani“ before cooking. I was surprised at the size!! So big !! Surprised to eat! Crab butter, shabu shabu, sashimi, grilled, seared, tempura, C...hawanmushi(non-sweet egg custard), Takikomi-gohan(Japanese-paella)... All are delicious!! I think this is the only place where you can eat so big “Matsuba Gani“ ！ I understand why locals and tourists often visit!! I will go again!!  松江の和らくで、『松葉がに』を食べました！ とても美味しかったです！！　驚きの連続でした！ まずは店員さんが、調理前の松葉がにを持って来られました。その大きさにビックリしました！！ 食べてもビックリ！　かに味噌、かにしゃぶ、かに刺し、焼き、炙り、天ぷら、茶碗蒸し、炊き込みご飯… どれも美味！！ こんなに大きな松葉がにを、こんなに美味しく食べられるお店って、そんなにないんじゃないかなー。。。 地元の人や観光客が良く訪れる理由が良くわかりました！！　また行きます！！

Warning. This is not for the overly sympathetic. Your dinner is swimming in the pools in front of you. We had a feast of about five courses with wine and beer and the bill was not enormous. The hostess tended to us and spoke some english which helped because, the restaurant specialising in lo...cal fish from the mixed sea and fresh water in the area, most species did not translate into english. It does advertise that vegetarians are welcome (and indeed there was some tofu) but it is difficult to see how a veggie would get a substantial meal there. Recommended
