“Wonderful Kaiseki experience”
We had a wonderful meal at Tsuruma and the best Kaiseki experience so far on our first trip to Japan.The ingredients were so fresh and beautifully presented that every course was a delight. The staff and head chef made us feel very welcome - we couldn’t fault it. Highly recommended.

“Our favourite restaurant in Hiroshima”
While staying in Hiroshima for a few days, we were lucky enough to walk by this restaurant hidden away in a back alley near the Dome; it turned out to be one of the culinary highlights for our stay in Japan. The dishes we were served from the set menu (only in Japanese) was innovative and delicious... from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for everyone who visit this city, it is well worth the price you pay for it. We will definitely return the next time we visit Japan.
