お好み焼き・鉄板焼き 蔵屋 本店

It was our first time in Japan/Hiroshima so we were keen to have okonomiaki at an authentic Japanese restaurant. We booked this restaurant for 7pm and walked past a little earlier and I was slightly worried as it looked empty. However by 7pm it was crowded with locals and we sat at the counter to en...joy our meal. It was entertaining to see the chefs cook on the hot plate in front of us and the atmosphere was great. There was an English menu and the restaurant served white wine (important to me!). The food was great and, very good value., Highly recommended.

We found this restaurant by chance and would highly recommend it. the food was cooked in front of us by two busy chefs working a hotplate. It was fascinating and entertaining to watch the construction of our and other diners' food. We had a couple of the Okonomiyaki’s, one meat and one seafood plus... a few other dish and they were all excellent. We also noticed there we private dinning areas at the back of the restaurant if people preferred a more sophisticated dining experience.

We arrived in Hiroshima today and were looking for authentic Okonomiyaki. So many to choose from but opted for this little place. We were ushered to seats by the grill and watched the 2 chefs cooking! We choose 2 different Okonomiyaki and both were brilliant! Would thoroughly recommend - we were the... only tourist! Very local!

First time trying okonomyaki and it was very very good. So good I went back on my second night. You sit at the area where the food is all being cooked right in front on you. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Went this evening with my son and daughter, the fried cheese with egg plant and tomato was amazing, followed by 2 okinomoyaki, whole roasted garlic then pancake and ice cream. Very friendly staff, English menu available, very reasonable price. Highly recommend it.
