“Great ambiance and food”
The ambiance was amazing! Even if our table was not next to the window, it still had an amazing view of the Tokyo Tower. The service was absolutely excellent and the food and champagne were amazing!

“A memorable dining experience with wow factors and a personal touch”
We had a trip to Tokyo and celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Pierre Gagnaire. My wife said that the dinner brought back her memories as a bride on the exact same day ten years ago as we were so well taken care of, if not spoilt, by the professional team of chefs and servers. Food was caref...ully chosen from worldwide and cooked with creativity and sophistication. My wife was also surprised by the three dessert courses. Apart from the food and ambience/view, we were most impressed by the personal touch. We were warmly welcomed by the manager upon arrival. I had a headache last night so didn't order wine; the manager recommended some non-alcoholic drink which was also good for toasting. The bag for carrying the flower bouquet also came in handy for me. Above all, my wife was overjoyed to meet the chef. She would also like to thank the lady server who was cheerful, sincere and attentive. Their anniversary package is a real 'lifesaver' for me and would be highly recommended. Many thanks to the manager for all the thoughtful and romantic arrangements. I don't often write reviews but we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner which definitely left us very fond memories of this special occasion.

“Decent fine dining”
Overall its a safe choice for fine dining business meal as you will get a base line good dining experience. But must say the menus are veering toward uninspiring these days.

“The art of combining flavours”
Pierre Gagnaire is known for is extremely creative taste association. On the paper, they usually don't sound logical but in the mouth, it is a paradise. During our visit, we have enjoyed the degustation menu. From the start, we were reaching perfection - i have enjoyed a lot the verrine that was co...ntaining ice cream / iced banana and scalops! it fit so well together. The egg with truffle was another great memory of this menu. The full team make a great job to make us feeling comfortable and welcome!
