Sushizammai Asakusakaminarimon

You have to order your food on a tablet at your table. They would not answer any of our questions. The restaurant smelled bad, the tablet was dirty, and the sushi was not good at all. I've had better sushi in grocery stores. Avoid this place if you are traveling to Asukusa. There are many other plac...es to choose from.

Amazing sushi for a reasonable price not far from Senso-Ji-Temple in Asakusa. Even has vegetarian options. You can watch how the chefs prepare your sushi. Very nice staff, recommend!

Sushi Zanmai Asakusa is located close to the Kaminarimon Gate of Senso-ji. Seems to be quite popular since there's a line out the door when I went there for lunch. Ordering is easily done through a tablet that lists a staggering variety of menu options in various languages (English, Chinese, Korean,... Japanese, etc.) I chose the maguro sampler set, but you really can't go wrong with any of the choices. Everything was delicious and fresh; just like my similar experience at their Tsukiji Market location.

As a visitor to Japan nothing is complete without a little gastronomy and our guide took us to this restaurant. To start you line up to enter but quickly access, the place is simple but the food is excellent. The menu is extensive and the food of the best quality, although it is a chain with many re...staurants, each place is very particular. Excellent food and atmosphere.

Conveniently located in the tourist part of Asakusa, friendly restaurant with great food. I felt welcome and the atmosphere was good.
