They pull the tap, let it settle, and top off with the shamrock. Good little bar worth a visit and open to great people watching.

We would stop into St James at the start of our evening to plan what we where going to do. There’s a good selection of beers and a nice enough atmosphere. Didn’t try any food but from what I could see was the usual uk styled pub grub fare. WiFi was pretty good.

Good pub, normal prices for the area, but better than some. Comfortable, and homely. The tables are taken outside after dark, but it's warmer inside.

Good little place in the heart of Shinjuku. Kitted out like a European style pub but staffed by locals. Homely atmosphere, decent pub grub and some outdoor seating for a bit of people watching. If like me, you travel half way round the world to exotic/mysterious places just to somehow end up in a ...pub that looks like your local, then this is the place for you. Also the first place I spotted the 4 leg bar stools with little nets for your bag (see pic). Another example of brilliant Japanese ingenuity. Why aren't these everywhere? Smoking allowed throughout for those inclined.
