We serve a variety of seasonal fresh fish.
We have tie-ups with local fishermen's associations and cooperatives in Hokkaido (Akkeshi and Soya) on the Sea of Japan (Wakasa Bay.) We collect fish from Wakasa in our own tank trucks for serving rare and seasonal fresh fish.
We also have easy access to tourist sites! The area around Taisho is dotted with famous sites such as Kaju-ji, Zuishin-in, and Daigo-ji temples and we are in a convenient location a minute's walk from Ono subway station! We also offer an ample lunch menu! Our sushi made with fresh seafood is also popular!
