“Biyuton Pork,” a brand pork raised on drinking hot spring water and “Omi beef,” one of the 3 major Wagyu brands, are quickly blanched, then, dipped into a secret dashi sauce to eat up! At first experience of our shabu-shabu, many amaze at its deliciousness.
That is why this specialty dish of ours has frequent customers even from abroad.
We highly recommend Japanese Kaiseki cuisine that reflects four seasons of Japan cooked by experienced chefs, as well as wagyu sukiyaki.
