The owner's discerning eye and handiwork shine through in his sushi, which is mainly made from inshore waters, but he also sources seafood from Chiba and Hokkaido depending on its freshness and seasonality. The uncompromising pursuit of deliciousness is reflected in the blending of dashi broth and the use of different vinegars.
The counter seats are prime seats overlooking the night view of Naka River and Nishi-Nakasu. Private rooms for up to 8 people are also available.
