“Wonderful Okinawan Cuisine in a Very Nnice Venue”
Had dinner with a large group of business associates, so we got a chance to sample a lot of the food. It was all wonderful. The restaurant has traditional on-the-floor seating around low tables. The sashimi was fresh and simply prepared, tempura crisp and not greasy, local sea grapes are always ...a treat, good stir fried bitter melon (goya) and tofu, pork belly that melted in the mouth, Japanese and okinawa soba, and fresh edamame (soy beans), among many other things. I was driving so just had fresh mango juice, but had a sip of local awamori (sweet rice spirits). They have an English menu and a couple set menus. It was a real treat. The view is over the East China Sea.
