[Restaurant Nori] You can enjoy the new Satsuma cuisine which merges Satsuma local cuisine and French cuisine made with local ingredients.
We are the restaurant that is particular about the ingredients we use to our dishes, alcoholic drinks, and Kagoshima products including dishware, fabric goods, etc.
You can fully enjoy the dishes with extra arrangements such as "Western-style tempura" which is the shape of "Akumaki" of Kagoshima's local dish.
We also serve a wide variety of alcoholic drinks such as "Yakuzen (medicinal cooking) Shochu" which collaborated with Sake brewery and Yakuzen.
Moreover, our "cold-brew Sencha tea" using green tea of Kagoshima has a mild taste with the umami (deliciousness) and the sweetness.
The table seats in the store are spotlighted like a theater stage.
