I agree with the other reviewers saying the service is bad and staff are rude. We had this experience on January 1. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re a foreigner.

My favorite place to eat….14 plates of meat to cook always does the trick!!!!! Grapefruit sours and lemon sours refreshing and delicious!!

I visited this restaurant for a meal. At the time, there were no available seats, so we had to take a ticket and wait in line. My parents and I sat outside the restaurant while waiting. Another family was also waiting for their turn. When their number was called, they got up but didn’t push their ch...airs back in place. A male waiter (Waiter A) came out and muttered under his breath, complaining that the customers didn’t tidy up the chairs. This was the first time I’d seen a Japanese waiter openly grumble about customers on the spot, which felt quite unprofessional. At the time, I didn’t pay much attention to it. Finally, we got a table. After entering, I began ordering. Once we finished ordering, the waiter didn’t even bring us water. Since it was winter, we were used to carrying our own thermos with warm water. I also have a habit of taking my health supplement, "Kenja no Shokutaku" (Sage’s Table), before meals, so I poured it into my thermos and drank it. Suddenly, Waiter A approached me and said in English, "You cannot drink outside water here." He didn’t even use polite phrases like "excuse me," "thank you," or "please." I explained in English that I was drinking "medicine" and even showed him the packaging of "Kenja no Shokutaku." Waiter A didn’t even look at it and just insisted that I could only drink their water. I found him extremely rude. Moreover, there was no sign in the restaurant stating "No outside drinks allowed." Besides, in other restaurants—whether budget or high-end—no one had ever stopped me from drinking from my own thermos. My thermos only contained warm water, not soda, coffee, or any other beverage. Therefore, I found Waiter A’s interference unreasonable, and his attitude was terrible—completely lacking in courtesy. So, I got up to leave. At that point, they hadn’t even turned on the grill, and neither water nor food had been served. Yet, Waiter A actually tried to stop me from leaving, saying that I had already placed an order. I ignored him and walked out. This experience was truly awful and left me with a very negative impression of Japan!

Amazing staff, very welcome and helpful, didn’t hesitate to reach out to us for anything. Loved the food 10/10 amazing meat and quick service.❤️

Kind of meat is very good. Friendly staff. Accomodating. As a visitor in a foreign country, I feel welcome. No communication barrier.
