“Awesome Hearty Food”
I visited with my family in January of 2020. Beautiful food and lovely service. Not the best English skills, but a young male worker spoke excellent English and was able to translate for us. Able to change my meal to not include cheese. Conveniently located a short walk across from our hotel. Defin...itely recommend!

“Authentic Japanese Food with a lot of Fun”
This was my first time to try this kind of food. You have to cook your own food. English menu is available. However, we just copied the orders of the nearby table. One of their staff can speak English. He was kind enough to show how to cook Mojanyaki and Okonomiyaki. These two are very differnt. M...ojanyaki is a fried thin sheet of flour with vegetable and meat. Okonomiyaki is a well known Japanese pizza. Taste of food was not the best (yeah because we cooked it) but it gave me a lot of fun.

“Authentic experience. Great Monjayaki (english menu available)”
Look at google maps - location slightly different from Tripadvisor map. Monjayaki is like Okonomiyaki from Hiroshima. Its a gooey-er pancake that you make yourself. Somewhat intimidating at first - but they get you instructions in English. Its tasty and worth doing once. You might have to wait ...in line. We went around 11:30 after a visit to Sensoji and got in after 20 mins.

“Self service teppanyaki”
This restaurant are one of the best place to have monjayaki in Tokyo, and you can do it yourself. For the first time customer, the young staff will demo to you have to make monjayaki, then you can do it your own. It's was fun & easy, at least my terrible cooking style still able to cook a delicious ...Toro Ten. Other than my Toro Ten, my family & friend all order monjya. Their monjya are very good, especially the curry flavor, but I like my Toro Ten with topping of crab, clams & scallop best. Quite a long queue, if you come here late. I been there around 12:20, its already full, & a waiting list of approximate 10 people in my front. It took approximate 30min to my turn. The place will be a little bit hot because of teppanyaki, even during my visit day are raining. English menu available, and the young man speak English. Please note, each person have to order a dish minimum, although you intent to share.

“Awesome restaurant”
The best restaurant I ate in 3 weeks in Japan. Conversation was difficult as there was no English menu or English speaking staff, but we got what we wanted by pointing. Lots of laughing. Food is outstanding, atmosphere is really nice, a cozy little restaurant. Highly recommended.
