What it Hegisoba that you eat to conclude your meal? It is a traditional buckwheat noodle in Ojiya and Tookamachi region of Niigata. Since seaweed is mixed in the dough to make it stick together, it is rich in mineral and marine nutrients. The strong texture pleases the palate yet it smoothly goes down the throat. It is an addicting food. We recommend it as a healthy meal.
