They could not understand the requests. Decided for the daily menu. Did not like it at all (just saved the dessert...).

“Not all high end restaurant in Ginza shines”
Bland welcome coming from an old lady receptionist, smoking room in the first floor, got to the 2nd floor where it's quiet and smoke free. Staff is attentive, service is ok, food presentation and taste is ok.

“A disappointment in Non-Smoking dining”
We were referred by the hotel where we stayed for decent Chinese food. The food is fine except the dining experience is poor. We asked for a non-smoking area and was promptly seated. Half way through the meal, a smoker was seated right next to us.We asked the manager why this was happening. In ...poor English, he said the smoke was blowing the other direction, which was not true.I explained to him that I have bad reaction to cigarette smoke. Then he told me to seat at another table further away. Keep in mind that we were still eating ... so I ended up left our table, seat by myself and waited till my family finished the meal. His was not polite and be now warned if you cannot stand smoke.
