The place needs refreshment and renewal. Although it’s the Goldem Week there were plenty tables to be seated. Waiters need to learn English to serve tourists. the view outweighs the quality of the food and service. We will not repeat this experience.

It's one of my favorite restaurants that I go over and over. You can enjoy excellent view of Tokyo just by having lunch. You can see better than some paid observatories. The lunch is basically delicious, but sometimes they are some which are not so good.

I visit this Restaurant with a Friend, so we had the table at the Window and could enjoy the great view. The Service was japanese friendly what means very good. The quality of the food was good as well and was perfectly arranged. the only thing that was a pity, there were 2 groups who probably celeb...rated a bachelor party, so it was quite loud ...The prices were reasonable, so not overpriced. Definitely a recommendation for me, not only because of the great view....and for people who are still interested ..... it is possible to smoke

Sat there for a small dinner and drinks. They charged us for table charge 400 yen per person and additional 10% of everything we ordered. The basic snack chrge is common in japan and was listed on the menu. However the 10% charge was not writen anywhere. The host was not nice to us, didnt even appol...ogize for the missunderstanding. He said it is because it was a nice restaurant with nice view.

We visited the Hokkaido caretta for dinner on a Saturday evening. We had reserved a table at the window (you sit next to each other acing the window) on the 47 floor. Welcome was very friendly and nice. Great service continued with out waitress. Usually you simply order via tablet on your table (pr...etty self explanatory as you can switch language to English). The waitress offered to take our main order herself however. Her English was pretty good. Food (some mixed starters and edamame) were good and sushi (tuna sashimi and salmon sushi) was great. Goes very well along with Asahi. View is great, even though taking pictures does not work well given window reflections. View is great however. Overall great service, very decent food and an awesome view. All very fairly priced (came out around cY10,500). Going up and down with the glass elevators on the outside of the building is quite an experience itself.
