This store uses an abundance of produce raised in Tochigi Prefecture. An a la carte menu is also available alongside the likes of shabu-shabu and sukiyaki.
Our excellent specialties “Seiromushi, or basket steamed” “Shabu-shabu” “Sukiyaki” are all made with locally produced ingredients including Tochigi beef, Kirifuri Highland beef, Mochibuta pork, Nasu chicken and various seasonal vegetables. All You Can Eat Courses with “shabu-shabu” or “sukiyaki” are specially recommended !! If you wish to try delicious Tochigi dishes like Nikko Yuba-sashi, or tofu skin , Kanuma sashimi konnyaku, or sashimi style konjac from Kanuma, Utsunomiya Gyoza, or fried dumplings from Utsunomiya, come to TOCHIGIYA.
