I had read about this on the net and when we arrived we were disappointed! First the place is difficult to find. After being seated at a table we found ourselves by very young people in their 20s. Nothing wrong with that except that they were loud. The serving staff were excellent but the food !!! W...hat we ordered and what was served was way below par. We ordered caprese and that was with very little burrata and lots of tomatoes. Next was spaghetti and it was a very small portion. We were told that each dish could be shared but portions were tiny. Then came a fish dish and this time the fish tasted fine except you needed a microscope to see it. The meal was supplemented with a lot of bread to make sure no one leaves hungry ! The final insult was the Tiramisu. We could not make out what it was. But it was wrapped in rice noodle like affair. Either the previous chef had passed away and the new chap had no clue.

The restaurant is a wonderful place - has a great atmosphere and wonderful staff. The food is a choice of 3 different course menus with increasing amounts of food or a la carte. We went for the middle menu and the food was really delicious, interesting and varied. The style is probably 70% Japane...se and 30% Italian which is what we wanted and the quantity was plenty to fill us up. The service is really tremendous with a special mention for Julia - the floor manager who was extremely friendly. All staff are great and even take a photo of you to go home with. In a city where good service is expected this is an extra special place.

My fiancée took me for my birthday and it was amazing. Such a romantic place with the slow chill out vibe. The service (I was taken care of specially warm :) was very warm and from the heart. Food! Wow!

We dined here once to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. Service was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by our first names downstairs and led upstairs to the restaurant. We waited at the bar for a few minutes with a friendly barten...der, then we were shown to our table. Food was great. The pumpkin gnocchi was our favorite. We had the caprese salad, the sea-bass and the cotoletta, all very good. When we were ready for dessert they escorted us to the outdoor terrace where they had a table ready for us. They brought us the dessert we selected with birthday candles, took photos and gave us a very thoughtful, personalized gift at the end. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with great weather and an enjoyable breeze. The service provided by the whole staff and the personalized gift were details that made for an unforgettable dining experience. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Went here for a business dinner with a large group. The food was odd, and not appetizing. Some sort of fish and strawberry appetizer was followed by a pork spare rib that was merely fat and bone. Service was excellent and the place nice, but I went home hungry given the unusual pre set menu.
