“Romantic birthday with such an amazing service”
My fiancée took me for my birthday and it was amazing. Such a romantic place with the slow chill out vibe. The service (I was taken care of specially warm :) was very warm and from the heart. Food! Wow!

“Outstanding customer service”
We dined here once to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. Service was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by our first names downstairs and led upstairs to the restaurant. We waited at the bar for a few minutes with a friendly barten...der, then we were shown to our table. Food was great. The pumpkin gnocchi was our favorite. We had the caprese salad, the sea-bass and the cotoletta, all very good. When we were ready for dessert they escorted us to the outdoor terrace where they had a table ready for us. They brought us the dessert we selected with birthday candles, took photos and gave us a very thoughtful, personalized gift at the end. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with great weather and an enjoyable breeze. The service provided by the whole staff and the personalized gift were details that made for an unforgettable dining experience. We highly recommend this restaurant.

“Nice Space But Odd Food”
Went here for a business dinner with a large group. The food was odd, and not appetizing. Some sort of fish and strawberry appetizer was followed by a pork spare rib that was merely fat and bone. Service was excellent and the place nice, but I went home hungry given the unusual pre set menu.

“Special business celebration- amazing team”
This starts off incredible- beautiful ambience, maitre'd friendly as in most of Japan. At the table, my name was embroidered (!) on the napkin- wow- then special bottle of water is poured and it has my name printed on the bottle - and somehow standard water turns into ice water (i still don't get t...hat one). We started with a demi-sec of champagne, move to white (meurseult) and then to a nice red (great wine list!). Started with lobster course, corn soup course, and beef course. Wow- nothing failed to impress on looks, smell, cooked perfectly and served amazingly. What a special evening. Finished bottle out on the outside deck- under canopy as it was still raining.

We were actually just walking to the Aoyama fresh produce fair mid afternoon on Sunday and happened to see Casita on a nearby building restaurant board. Having had a late breakfast we decided to go for the set bbq lunch for 5,000 yen, being promoted. We had a nice outside terrace table. The price ...was fair, but the service and atmosphere were excellent. When we left we received a personalized photo, with some nice accents added, based on a couple of questions they asked us. Totally surprised. We were blown away by the attention to detail and professionalism. It truly was a great experience more than just a meal.
