“SCHMATZ beer stand - MUST VISIT!!!”
5* place to visit, don’t let the small place fool you. Everything on the menu is excellent quality and taste, the staff were incredible for us on our holiday, and we visited the place multiple times during our 10 day stay because of their food and hospitality provided. If you visit Shinagawa this is... only a few mins off the train and is a must visit place!!! You won’t regret it!!!!

“Not super German, but different enough from the rest that we liked it!”
Needing a change from Japanese food, found this beer/burger/sausage place in the shopping mall close by. Food was good. Very small and cozy place (we were a group of 3, but they seem unlikely to cope with large groups of 5 or more). Food was decent, Price was okay. Might be back for more!!

“Great German beers ”
German beers made in Japan. Founded by a German man in Tokyo. They have several locations throughout Tokyo . The food is simple but tasty. You have to order at the counter. The down side, the music kinda sucked today.

“Germans founded the brewery so the beer is alright”
Had a few drinks in this place. Did not try the food though. Beer was quite good, you can sit outside when the weather is good

Great location and small but more than adequate selection of drinks and food. A little bit small and noisy, but this adds to the experience
