“Plump and tender eel”
The plump and tender eel was perfectly paired with a savory-sweet sauce, melting in my mouth. The sauce soaked into the rice beautifully, making every bite satisfying until the last. I had a truly luxurious experience, and the staff were kind and polite as well.

“So delicious and fresh !!”
The unagi was fresh and delicious. I used to dislike unagil, but the unagi here was mild with no unpleasant taste, and I enjoyed it. I had both grilled unagi without sauce and with sauce, and the eel sauce was delicious. The restaurant was also clean, and the staff were friendly.

*English continues below キャラメリゼされるかのようにキラキラに地焼きされた「鰻重」をいただきました。“関西風”ともいわれる地焼き。腹から開いて炭火で焼く。余分な脂やゼラチン質が落ちて、皮が燻されて甘いタレがパリッと焼き上がった濃い味わいは、日本人がなぜこんなに鰻を愛するのかという問いに応えてくれる味わいです。最初の一口から最後の一口まで贅沢体験ですね。 蒸しの工程から進む関東、蒸さずに焼き上げる関西の合わせ技かのように、ごはんに焼いた鰻と錦糸卵をのせて蒸すという筑後地方の「せいろ蒸し」も友人と分け合いました。こちらはふわふわで、ごはんに味もしみています。地域ごとの...うなぎ調理の違いも体験できた充実の時間で、大満足です。 I had “Unaju'' which was grilled to looked like caramelized. Jiyaki is “Kansai(southern-central region) style”. The excess fat and gelatin has been melted away, the skin has been smoked, and the sweet sauce has been grilled to create a deep, crispy flavor that answers the question of why Japanese people love eel so much.
