I found this place while looking for a healthy dinner option in the Nihonbashi/Ningyocho area, and it exceeded my expectations. The salad bowls are highly customizable, and everything is clearly labeled with calories and PFC balance, which is great if you care about nutrition. I ordered a bowl() wi...th grilled chicken and brown rice, and it was both filling and well-balanced. What I liked most is that the food is prepared quickly (around 3 minutes), but still feels fresh and thoughtfully made. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.
