Very simple set menus, soup, salad, steak and bread or rice. Steaks were absolutely delicious, tender and tasty. Good selection of wines too. Really nice restaurant, nicely decorated and comfortable. Bit pricy but definitely worth it.

I've always thought people who said the steak was "melt in the mouth" was exaggerating. Not after this. They don't give you a serrated steak knife because it's not necessary. A normal knife cuts through without much resistance, that's how tender the meat is. Medium done was perfect, red but not bloo...dy. The set comes with a consommé, a salad, choice of bread or rice, the steak, a glass of red and a cup of coffee at the end. All very well balanced and decently priced at ¥7,000 or so (depending on the cut of meat you choose). I thought it might feel somewhat intimidating to dine in a Michelin star restaurant but the place is unpretentious and comfortable. Make sure you go early if you want to dine leisurely. They really do start to shut down at 8!
