“Amazing!!🤩”
Amazing place! You get to experience the traditional Japanese cuisine. The fish here is amazing and the rice is delicious. If you’re ever in Kyoto definitely go here!!!

“Great Restaurant”
I am surprised at the poor reviews. We liked this restaurant and returned a second time. The wait staff were courteous. The food was timely. The quality was fresh and well presented. It was expensive but we expected as much from such an establishment.

Service was very poor. Servers were inattentive. Had to ask at least twice for everything. Would not recommend.

“Nice atmosphere, not great food”
Our crew of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a kid) had a disappointing dinner here. This was our first sushi in Japan and we had high hopes. We were seated quickly at 6:30 even though we didn’t have a reservation. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with pretty much all the food. Nothing tasted... fresh and the fish had an odd texture. We all agreed that you could get better sushi stateside for the same price. That being said, the food came out quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

“Nice restaurant with only a few people”
This seems like a nice restaurant but there are only a few people when we were there. Maybe we were there at the wrong time at around 530pm. I liked the Sashimi and Sushi a lot.
