“Yummy stop in the park”
I enjoyed the shrimp curry so much, I broke one of my traveling rules and ate here twice! Also had the red bean ice cream with a ginger cookie. There were few customers when I was there mid-afternoon. It was the first place that didn't automatically give me chopsticks. Service was polite as usual.

“Good comfort food”
This place was smack in the middle of Maruyama Park. Saw this while walking around Higashiyama during the Hanatoro Illumination. It was snowing and very cold so I sought refuge here. The pork cutlet curry was alright but the breaded fried fish was good. It was light, fluffy and just flavorful. A big... above average price compared to similar food I've ordered elsewhere. Quite understandable considering the location.
