“High-quality beef”
They had high-quality meat as well as sides. A chef cooked it right in front of us and he was cordial. The service by the waitstaff was excellent.

“One of our top food experiences for our Japan trip.”
Passed on a trip to Kobe but found a spot deeply rooted in Kobe with a Kyoto branch. They've been serving Kobe beef for over 140 years with a glaring 5/5 rating on TripAdvisor. We knew we were in a for a real treat. We were given a private room, and they asked about our pace for dinner. Chef Unal ...took his sweet time with the Kobe slices and sides, letting us enjoy the meal at a leisurely pace. At first, I was quite disappointed that we didn't get a Japanese chef, but Chef Unal turned out to be great company. Maybe it was intentional, wanting us to have a chef we could chat with. Beyond the awesome food and drinks, the whole experience was just plain delightful. One of our top food experiences for this trip.

“Phenomenal Kobe Beef 🥩”
OMG! The BEST KOBE BEEF hands down! The staff went above and beyond to give my family and I a once in a lifetime experience. They sat us in a private room as I was traveling with my 2 year old and it was amazing!! The ambience and phenomenal Kobe beef will have me coming back for years to come!

“OUTSTANDING FOOD EXPERIENCE”
We had previously had a poor “steakhouse” experience at another restaurant in Niseko and so I was apprehensive about this family dinner. I should never have been concerned: from the moment the doors parted and we were welcomed by the staff, to the minute we left and the same staff put us into a taxi... they had arranged, the experience was amazing. The food is prepared in front of you and put directly onto your place. We had 120g Kobe fillet and the more local 150g sirloin, both cooked to perfection. The Kobe is obviously more expensive, but we both preferred the local sirloin. Make no mistake, all the food here is perfect. Wine is served by the glass: one possible improvement would be to offer the opportunity to purchase the bottle. It is a unique culinary experience never to be forgotten.
