At "the warehouse restaurant SAKABAYASHI", which was relocated wooden warehouse in the Meiji period, You can enjoy various kinds of meals such as Kaiseki cuisine using local and seasonal ingredients, homemade soba buckwheat using domestic buckwheat flour, Sukuidofu (scooped tofu) finished carefully by using domestic soybean and bittern, and in winter, hot pot of Sake dealer using FUKUJU's sake lees.
A variety of Japanese cuisine and a variety of Japanese sake with various kinds of flavors are all unique gems to the brewer.
