“Good cozy traditional unagi joint”
Good unagi meal! Sauce was just right: not too sweet. The rice was fluffy. Interesting eel terrine. The soup was “clean” tasting. Omelette-wrapped eel was soft and yummy too! The waitress was helpful with English menu and descriptions.

“I love the atmosfere here.”
I love the atmosfere here. The interior so classic japanese, feel homey. When you enter the restorant you need to open your shoes and change with japanese slippers. Then you will be escort to your place which we have on tatami floor. The food taste so nice. So far this is the most delicious eel i at...e than other places in japan( i only visit tokyo, kyoto, osaka).

“Nice lunch good eel”
We waited around 15 minutes in line. We took different set menus n all of them were good. The eel is excellent.

“Rude service, mediocre food”
The waitress was extremely rude. She didn't welcome us, and when she brought the food, she set it to one side of the table so that we had to place it in front of us ourselves. I complained to the owner (I speak Japanese) and she was apologetic, but the damage was done. The food was mediocre and over...priced.

“Famous eel”
My wife wanted to eat at this old famous eel place. The eels where apparently good, but the other food is average. Long waiting times can be expected
