Our restaurant uses Kishu Plum Chicken（Ume-dori）, the brand chicken of Wakayama Prefecture is famous for. Enjoy grilled chicken skewers, cooked over our own steel grills, as well as vegetables in a pot of sumptuous chicken broth, and finish with ramen noodles cooked in that broth as well.
Receiving the highest award for excellent in the 2008 Local Breed and Brand Chicken Tasting Contest, the Kishu Plum Chicken（Ume-dori）, the brand chicken of Wakayama Prefecture is famous for, is all we use. Plum chickens are raised healthily, with plum extract added to their feed. There is very little visceral fat on them, as a result, and the taste is such that you cannot notice any raw odors.
