“Short break with nice view”
We found this cafe by chance and it was great decision to have some break here The cafe has a great view of Sayaka shrine which we were enjoy watching people walk around The tea and coffee was delicious ;) we love it!

“A little gem in Gion”
This place is a small oasis of peace on the doorstep of Yasaka Shrine. Come here to enjoy great coffee, deserts and music/ambience. The staff are wonderful, too. I'd come here every day if I could.

“Excellent coffee and beautiful music!”
While visiting the temple area of Gion, we stumbled upon this little cafe, located on the first level, on the corner opposite the Yasaka shrine. Proper coffee, and the owners were very charming. They have classical music playing through a fabulous pair of American speakers. Makes a good pit stop whi...le wandering around this fascinating area.
