Our meal here was so amazing. Everything from start to finish was delicious and presented beautifully. It was so fun to watch the chef prepare each course. He was so fun and laughed with us and seemed to enjoy cooking as much as we enjoyed eating the food. We were allowed and even encouraged to ...take photos of the food. I was nervous about liking the fancy food but it was so nicely prepared with interesting flavors I ate everything and enjoyed the experience. Truly a one of a kind meal worth every penny.

Spectacular in every way. The delicious food, the artistry, and the knife skills of chef Fukushi were a marvel. An amazing meal, superb presentation, and a choreographed cuisine performance worthy of the Paris Opera ballet. And a very warm welcome, with each dish explained in English. Loved it.

My girlfriend and I had, by far, our best meal in Japan here. We loved every dish and delighted in watching Mr Fukushi exercising his refined craft. The taste and experience of the food is greatly enhanced by being able to visibly appreciate the skill and precision that went into it. My favourite d...ish was a creative beef shabu shabu dish with pumpkin and a special pepper. I felt it was a flavour and sensation unlike any I’ve ever had before. My girlfriend’s favourite dishes were a koumi yaki grilled bonito dish and also a marinated fatty tuna dish. One quirk I really liked because I love drinking beer is that they also have their specially selected beer with foams very nicely and goes very well with any kind of food.
