“An Exceptional Experience at Gion Fukushi”
It was a delight to dine at Gion Fukushi tonight. Chef Fukushi’s masterful preparations enhanced the nature of each seasonal ingredient, the presentations were beautiful, and the entire meal was a harmonious balance of flavors, textures, and temperatures. It was an exceptional meal that was further ...elevated by the genuine and generous hospitality that we received.

“Wonderful omakase dining in heart of Kyoto”
Wonderful omakase dining in the heart of Kyoto . Tiny omakase dining , only 6 covers per evening so personal attention assured. Friendly chef lovingly prepared the extensive courses in front of the diners with an English speaking member of staff on hand to explain the dishes and correct way to eat... them . Delicious food and excellent saké pairing too. It was a significant anniversary for us so we’re treated to complementary glass of champagne to wash it down Highly recommended

“The peak of Kyoto trip”
Fukushi San is a true master. Food is delicious and beautifully presented. Our experience includes not only the standard omakase high food quality, but also Fukushi San’s humor and welcoming accommodations. I will recommend Fukushi to everyone, and will come again.
