Fukushi-San prepared an amazing dinner for us. Incredible flavors and presentation of some very unique and special ingredients. Impeccable service and good translation of the ingredients and their significance made the experience even better. Pufferfish dish made from several parts of the fish, m...elt in your mouth kama toro were among the highlights. The sake was the best I have ever tasted. Thank you for this memorable dinner!

Wonderful omakase dining in the heart of Kyoto . Tiny omakase dining , only 6 covers per evening so personal attention assured. Friendly chef lovingly prepared the extensive courses in front of the diners with an English speaking member of staff on hand to explain the dishes and correct way to eat... them . Delicious food and excellent saké pairing too. It was a significant anniversary for us so we’re treated to complementary glass of champagne to wash it down Highly recommended
