“Wonderful experience”
“Great vegan restaurant”
Delicious food that’s all vegan which makes it easy to eat at if you have dietary restrictions. It’s in a wonderful home goods and clothing store. The staff are friendly and taking pride and everything that they do. Lots of food in the set, most very good. Strongly recommended particularly if you ar...e vegan or have similar dietary restrictions.

“An enjoyable dining experience, even for non-vegans”
Our plates came with several varieties of food, such as soup, rice , pickles, vegetables, fried tofu products- they were all scrumptious. Presentation of the food was picture worthy. Would definitely dine again!

“10/10…great food, service snd music”
It was so good to find this vegan restaurant. In an area flooded with traditional Japanese meals, we were pleasant surprised to find this upstairs cafe. The food was unique and delicious, and there was lots of it. We really enjoyed spending an hour or so in this relaxed environment.

“Amazing Vegan Lunch Set and Parfaits!!”
I found this restaurant while looking for vegan parfaits. It’s located in the back of a store if you enter where we did, so don’t get confused you're in the right place! After finding the staircase, we took a number from a machine and waited for our number to appear on a tv screen. After a short wai...t, we were seated. It had a really cute “upscale brunch” vibe. The workers were all really friendly and they were happy to provide an English menu for us to order from. We both decided to get the set that included all three vegan mains, lattes and tiramisu and strawberry shortcake parfaits. The lattes were good, and generously poured. Each of our mains and side dishes were delicious. My favorite was the miso cutlet. The flavor was so good, and the texture was so greatI wouldn’t know I wasn’t eating fried fish. I really commend them on all of their dishes though and would happily eat this set again if I am back in Kyoto. The parfaits were both delicious! My partner ordered the strawberry shortcake. He couldn’t finish it, so I got the opportunity to finish it for him. It had cashews which went great with the frozen ice cream. It was light and refreshing. But the standout for me was the tiramisu I ordered. It satisfied my parfait dreams. It had a nice coffee flavor, great hazelnut tones and the actual tiramisu cake pieces were heavenly. If you're looking for great vegan parfaits, or a hearty brunch before a busy day of activities in Kyoto, I highly recommend this place!
