“Chicken Drumstick Yakitori and Udon”
We found the diner through google map, under "good for groups" tag, as we were looking for a diner which has a table for seven. The diner is on the fifth floor. There is an elevator so no problems for my elderlies. We were there slightly before 8 pm and only three tables were occupied. The diner i...s not very big. There is a section with tables and chairs which can sit around 20 persons. There is also a section with tables and tatami which has four tables. The diner has one foreign language menu (we saw Chinese, Korean and English). However, the foreign language menu is much shorter than the Japanese one. We ordered three chicken drumstick yakitori to share amongst seven persons, seven bowls of udon, one small beef stew appetiser and two chicken livers appetisers, and the three desserts (our favourite is the iyokan sherbet which taste citrusy and neutralise the oily after taste of the chicken drumstick yakitori). Total bill for seven pax (including what we guess was cover charge of 200 yen per person) was slightly less than 15,000 yen, which is fairly reasonable. Guess the cover charge is for the raw cabbages and towels on the table. We also noticed that there was a small corner of books and toys (near the entrance). Two children helped themselves to the toys when they came in with their parents.
