Founded over 130 years ago, along with Kanazawa, Kinjoro has a deep commitment to the flavors of the four seasons, and each month's seasonal tastes. You can enjoy traditional Kaga cuisine that has been carefully nurtured for generations by the long-established restaurant Kinjoro, which embodies the luxury and refinement of the beautiful and magnificent Hyakumangoku culture.
Seafood from the Sea of Japan, delicacies born from the climate of Noto, fine sake made with the good quality water from Mt. Hakusan, and a variety of Kaga vegetables grown only in Kanazawa. We have a firm grasp of what is in season and use the best cooking methods. Furthermore, we generously use tableware and artworks that have been passed down for generations so that our guests can enjoy our cuisine with all five senses. This is the basis of Kinjoro, a long-established restaurant. We treasure local ingredients and preserve traditional Kaga cuisine, while also working to promote new Kanazawa food culture.
