There was only one chef cooking the food. One dish came out every 15-30 minutes. We sat there for 2.5 hours waiting for all our dishes to come out. The steak was chewy and rare, low quality. I did not like that they served horse meat and odd animal parts. Would not recommend this place.

We walked in here because most other restaurants were closed on a Sunday and Im glad we did! Took our shoes off and got a private table in a 'booth' with sliding doors for total privacy. You sit at floor level with room for your feet so you dont have to sit on your knees. You can call the waiter and... order with them or through the app - both works great! Food is wonderful, the dumplings especially and surpringsingly the best potatoes ever! We didnt find it very expensive and would have come back if we had another night in Kanazawa
