“Hard to find but worth the effort!”
Close to our hotel, on floor 3 in the railway station. We had an amazing dinner here which by Japanese standards was really reasonably priced too. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Lovely ambience. We shared the 20 item salad the steak and some sashimi plus some beers. Couldn't fault this pla...ce. Highly recommend.

“Good Food at Reasonable Pruce”
One can have good Japanese food at a reasonable price comparative to those in Tokyo or better venues. We ordered sashimi, chicken gizzard, fried tofu, chicken yakitori, wagyu beef, 20 type greens salads for 4 adults and with sake. We went for two nights. If you are staying within the Kanazawa statio...n, this is a good place to dine.

“Seasonal Kanazawa cuisine - and excellent sake too”
So, it's kinda of like an izakaya - you get a variety of foods, and an excellent sake/beer selection to boot, it's inexpensive, and it is *excellent*. It's kinda hard to find - go through the main hall from the station main entrance, up the escalator on the back to the left, and on 3F, it's the pla...ce to the right. Pretty much *everything* on the menu is awesome - but focus on the local kanazawa stuff (seafood, for example), you won't regret it!
